Defective Products

Customers have 15 calendar days after receipt to return their ebike. HOVSCO must first approve and send out an authorized return label; shipping costs both ways will be deducted from any refund amount, while any damage caused during shipping will also be deducted from it.
Damaged Products
If an item is returned damaged, the customer is responsible for all repair costs as well as shipping both ways which will be deducted from any refund amount.
If a product arrives defective or broken, please reach out to our support team immediately in order to file a warranty claim. All claims must first be approved by a Juiced Bikes representative prior to sending any replacement parts or e-bikes back out.
Our warranty policies are designed to ensure our customers receive only top quality products. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect – including tampering with components and riding under extreme temperatures – or commercial use of an e-bike and its components. Furthermore, it does not cover normal wear and tear or external causes of damage either; customers must read all applicable warranty guidelines to prevent unauthorized modifications or tampering with their purchase.
